Touch screen operation gives you a clear digital display of real-time wind readings as well as peak and average wind speed and direction while also forecasting trending wind speed. With the ability to record up to 24 hours of data, you can check historic conditions during or after your hunt for spot-on accuracy.
Its compact design makes it the perfect pocket-sized piece of equipment for Overlanding, camping, and adventuring outdoors. Merlin works with most smartphones and GPS devices, and can be used standalone or paired with its corresponding appMerlin gives you real-time wind readings as well as peak and average wind speed and direction while also forecasting trending wind speed.
Digital readings are given in four modes: ‘Present’ displays existing wind conditions; ‘Peak’ gives speed and direction of highest gust since the last reset; ‘Average’ reveals average wind speed and direction since the last reset, and ‘Forecast’ compares the most recent 12-minute average wind speed with the average for the previous 12 minutes.
