NO Return Policy for Bey-Berk Products
If you don't like or are not satisfied with your Bey-Berk items after receiving your order, there will be NO return of your Bey-Berk items. Since all Bey-Berk items are uniquely made, the factory is not taking returns. Please consider this important return policy before placing your order.
Return Exceptions: Instruments that have been completely installed and used will NOT be accepted for return or refund unless there is found to be a manufacturing defect.
- We warranty our Bey-Berk products to be free of factory defects.
- For defective items, you (the customer) need to contact us by emailing fulfillment@weatherscientific.com first to determine if the product is actually defective (photos usually work best to determine these type of issues).
- If an item is returned to Weather Scientific or our associated warehouse and is determined by us not to be defective, the customer will be charged all applicable shipping charges and a 20% re-stocking fee for that returned item.
- All defective claims must be emailed to fulfillment@weatherscientific.com within 7 days from the time of having received the Bey-Berk item.
- All defective items require a Return Authorization (RA) number from Weather Scientific before returning for repairs or exchange.
- All returned items must be in their original gift box and shipped back in a re-shipper box.
Instruments or parts that have been clearly damaged (dropped, stress cracks from improper handling, etc.) will NOT be accepted for return and will be returned to you in the same condition.
90-day Warranty for Bey-Berk Products
Bey-Berk will repair or replace, at its option without charge, subject to the exclusions set forth above, any Bey-Berk instruments which fail due to a defect in material or workmanship within 90 days following the initial customer purchase. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer both ways.
This warranty does NOT apply to water damage, battery leak or misuse, use of unauthorized accessories, unauthorized service or modification or altered products.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order, please email fulfillment@weatherscientific.com immediately and mention your order (PO) number to avoid the restocking and processing fee.
Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund.
Orders canceled after items have shipped will incur a 20% restocking charge and processing fee.
