For repairs and returns of Texas Electronics products, please contact us for an RMA number first. Once you obtain an RMA number, we'll send us an address for the return shipment. When you ship the equipment to our factory at the address provided, clearly indicating the RMA number on the shipping papers and package. Transportation charges to return the equipment are paid by the customer, unless under warranty.
For Texas Electronics products, we will accept return of unused and unmodified standard goods within 30 days of delivery and refund the price paid, less a 33% restocking charge and processing fee. All products returned for credit must be unused and returned in their original packaging and include all accessories. All returns are subject to a restocking fee.

If you would like to cancel an order, please email email@example.com or call our customer service team immediately and mention your order (PO) number to avoid the restocking and processing fee.
Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund.
