Shipping & Returns for Midland Radio

Midland Radio Corporation will repair or replace, at its option without charge, subject to the exclusions set forth below, any Midland Weather Alert Radio which fails due to a defect in material or workmanship within ONE year following the initial consumer purchase.

This warranty does not apply to water damage, battery leak or misuse, use of unauthorized accessories, unauthorized service or modification or altered products. Accessories have a 90 day warranty from date of purchase, including antennas, chargers, and earphones.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please email orders@weatherscientific.com or call our customer service team immediately and mention your order (PO) number to avoid the restocking and processing fee.

Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund.

Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our 30-Day Return policy and will be subject to the 10% restocking charge and processing fee.
