Shipping & Returns for Maximum Inc

Maximum, Inc. warrants the weather instruments it manufactures to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of original purchase. The outdoor humidity sensor for Stratus carries a two year warranty and all other sensors are protected by a five year warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not cover damages due to improper installation or use, lightning, damage attributable to unauthorized service or damage that can be directly identified as the result of a power surge. Nor does this warranty apply if any seal on any instrument is broken. Any defective weather instrument returned to Maximum during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced, at the option of Maximum, free of charge.

The foregoing is in lieu of all other express warranties.

Refunds

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a new Maximum instrument or any other product on our website, simply return it to us within sixty (60) days. We will promptly exchange it or issue a refund – your choice.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please email orders@weatherscientific.com or call our customer service team immediately and mention your order (PO) number to avoid the restocking and processing fee.

Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund.

Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our 30-Day Return policy and will be subject to the 10% restocking charge and processing fee.
