Shipping Policy

Fischer items are normally dispatched by the next working day via DHL, FedEx or UPS from Germany to the United States.

When you place an order, we will itemize shipping costs for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  Since most Fischer products are shipped directly from Germany, there may be a small shipping rate of $29.99 per order for handling international shipping.

Reminder: Please leave your phone number during the checkout process.  Fischer products are shipped from our Germany warehouse and our custom shipping requires a customer phone number.  Fischer orders can take up 7 to 14 days to arrive from Germany.  Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Return Policy in the USA

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for refund of goods less the shipping cost.  We will pay the return shipping costs ONLY IF the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Otherwise you, the customer, is responsible for the return shipment cost to Germany.  And if the item is damaged by the customer and need to be repaired, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to and from our Fischer facilities in Germany.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.  However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately and mention your order (PO) number to avoid return shipping fees, plus the 5% processing fee.

Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund.

Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our 30-Day Return policy and will be subject to return shipping costs, plus a 5% processing fee.
