Returns & Refund Policy

At Global Test Supply, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with a product you’ve purchased from us, we offer the following return policy:

Return Policy for Regular Stock Items

If you are not completely satisfied with your regular stock purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange (excluding any shipping costs). Please note the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Freight must be prepaid for any returns.
  • This policy does not apply to calibration certificates, which are non-returnable.

Return Policy for Non-Stock Items

Products not listed as in-stock at the time of purchase may be subject to restocking fees and, in rare cases, may not be returnable based on the manufacturer’s return policy. Additional shipping fees or other charges may also apply. We recommend reviewing the product’s specific return conditions at the time of purchase.

Note: All sales of clearance items are final and cannot be returned.

Reporting Shipping Errors or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect, missing, or damaged item, it’s important to notify us immediately:

  • For damaged items, please provide a signed bill of lading acknowledging the damage.
  • For shipping errors, we will promptly send you a replacement for the correct item(s). However, if the original/incorrect item(s) are not returned within two weeks, you will be charged for both orders. Once the incorrect item(s) are received, we’ll issue a credit.

Inspection and Fees for Returned Items

All returned items will undergo an inspection for any signs of damage or misuse. Depending on the condition of the item(s), your return may:

  • Be subject to restocking fees or other charges.
  • Be refused, if the item(s) do not meet the return criteria.

Once inspected and approved, we will issue a credit for the returned item(s).
