The Downeaster 3060B wind and weather barometer is a top quality hand-polished and lacquered brass barometer. A small Swiss-like 1.5 VDC 13 jewel movement will give you a lifetime of accurate readings. Rising barometric pressure indicates fair weather. The brass case is very attractive and the front plate is engraved with a compass rose to indicate direction, a scale showing 1" of mercury or millibars, and calibration instructions. This item can be used as it is shown or mounted on a wood plaque.
